Level 1: is for beginners in the sport or those who may have done a little skiing several years ago. This course will teach you the fundamentals of skiing and give you the skills to enjoy yourself on the easier trails.
Level 2: Sometimes referred to as “intermediate,” this level is for those who need to refresh their skills in order to ski more efficiently and confidently on moderate terrain, uphill, downhill and on the level. This level is for people who have skied before and have reasonable confidence on skis. This level focuses on maintaining speed and rhythm on varied terrain.
Level 3: is for confident skiers who want to refine their skills. This course will be given on the trails and will concentrate on diagnosis of problems and practice of improved technique. You will practice adapting your ski technique to different types of terrain. Participants should have the stamina to ski 10+ km.
