We are enjoying the depths of winter, but the sunshine sure has been glorious! Another clear, cold and starry night will turn into a similar day as yesterday with temperatures hovering around -20*C at 7:00am, with a high for today about -10*C, along with blue skies and light winds.
With no new snow and low traffic we elected not to groom overnight, but the trails are in good shape, hard packed and fast. Don’t worry, the grooming team will be out again on Friday night and will prepare the trails for Saturday.
Be aware that there will be some trail maintenance happening during the day (Friday), particularly on Busk and Clearwater. Two dedicated people will be out with the snowcat and pruning sheers cutting back branches crowding the trails. Please be sure to wave and say thanks!
