“GREAT NEWS”….the main Cottonwood Loop is open…whoohooo…and there is great potential that the upper Busk trail will be opened for tomorrow, this will be determined after a trail inspection later today…we’ll keep our fingers crossed….

“Winter Wonderland” is the phrase that comes to mind today…..-2 degrees…starting snowing lightly at 5:00 a.m…Apex, Night Loop, Cottonwood Field Loop and a section of the Main Loop along with Clearwater were groomed this a.m….Busk/Euphrates is in the process of being groomed and should be ready to go by 8:00 a.m….All trails are groomed for both classic and skate skiing….We are expecting 5-15cm of snow today, which will accumulate on the trails as the day progresses…..Enjoy!!!!

Fabulous conditions….-3 degrees…2cm of fresh snow overnight…..All trails are groomed for both Classic and Skate skiing, with the exception of the top portion of Busk and the lower section of Cottonwood Main Loop,these trails need snow accumulation to improve the conditions….The groomer is on the Cottonwood Main Loop until approx. 9:00 a.m…..A fabulous start to the holiday season….Enjoy!!!

-3 degrees-2cm of light snow overnight and snowing lightly, expecting 3-5 cm. of additional snow as the day progresses…Clearwater, Loops 2,3 & 4, Night Loop and Euphrates was groomed this a.m. and turned out beautiful-Busk is CLOSED- Cottonwood rail line, Field Loop and a section of the Main loop along with Apex was groomed Dec. 17th…those trails will have the snow accumulation since last night. We will be doing some limb brushing on the back of Apex today beginning at noon, so be cautious if skiing there this afternoon…all trails will have snow accumulation as the day progresses….Enjoy!!!

BBRRRR…-12 degrees….but, with these cold temperatures we were able to open up the Busk/Euphrates trail!!!!by saying this, the upper section of Busk will remain CLOSED until additional snow accumulation. Apex, Night Loop, Cottonwood Field Loop and a section of the Cottonwood Main were groomed this morning. Clearwater, Loops 2, 3 & 4 were groomed yesterday and is still in very good condition….All trails are groomed for both classic & skate skiing…Stay warm..Enjoy!!!
