Winter Wonderland…..-3 degrees- 2cm of fresh light snow overnight…Clearwater, Loops 2,3,&4 and Night Loop were groomed this a.m. for both classic and skate skiing- very good condition….Cottonwood rail line and Field Loop along with Apex were groomed yesterday, those trails will have this slight snow accumulation on them…we will be working on opening sections of the Busk/Euphrates trail as well as a section of the Cottonwood main loop for this upcoming week end….Enjoy!!!!

..-3 degrees, no new snow overnight….Apex, Night Loop, Cottonwood Rail line and Field Loop & Beaumont were groomed this a.m. for both classic and skate skiing…Trails are in good condition…Clearwater, Loop 2, 3 & 4 were last groomed on Dec.14…that trail system will be compact this a.m. and soften as the day progresses…Looking at opening a portion of the Busk/Euphrates trail system by the end of the week, as well as the main loop on Cottonwood…Enjoy!!!

Trace of snow overnight…-1 degrees….Clearwater main trail is in excellent condition for both classic & skate skiing…Loop 2& 3 in fair-good condition and Loop 4 was groomed for skate and in fair condition…Night Loop was also groomed this a.m. for both classic and skate and is in very good condition…Apex was groomed yesterday for classic and skate skiing…. The plan for this upcoming week is to work on the Cottonwood and Busk/Euphrates Trail..initially will be packed and any wet areas, which there are a few, will be filled in in the hopes these areas will freeze and produce a “snow bridge”..Once that process is completed the grooming can begin…Conditions are improving daily…Enjoy!!!!

“Perfect snow for building snow men and snow balls,not the best for grooming”….were the groomers words this a.m…10cm of heavy snow overnight ..+3 degrees.He groomed Clearwater, Loop 2 & 3 on the Clearwater Trail, Night Loop & Apex for both classic and skate skiing…trails are soft with these warm temperatures and in fair condition….parking lots will have this snow accumulation…..we will be inspecting the Cottonwood and Busk Euphrates trails this week with the hopes to have them open, certainly for next week end….stay tuned….Enjoy!!!
