10 am Update: Clearwater is groomed for classic & skate. Groomer had to switch machines due to power outage (can’t refuel) so grooming will commence on Busk shortly.

Apex will be closed until further notice. We will update when the power is back on.

7:45 am update:

We have had a massive volume of snow over the last 24-36 hours, and our groomer is currently out on Clearwater. He’s doing a second pass on Clearwater in order to process the large volume of snow that fell both yesterday and during his shift this morning. It has been snowing continuously up there.

Grooming should be complete on Clearwater by 9:00-9:30 and then we will commence grooming on Busk. Apex will be done after that. If you can delay your ski until a bit later this morning, it would be helpful. If not, please be cautious skiing around the grooming machine when it’s in operation.

Power is currently out at Apex and the roads have been plowed but are slippery. Please use caution if coming to the Club this morning.

It is approximately -8C. A bit of a cold wind is coming into our region later in the day, which will drop the temperature a few degrees. This system will also bring more snow, 10 to 15cm with a further 2 to 4cm over night.
