Good Morning Nelson Nordic skiers,

The time is 6:21am and the temperature is 0c. We have had about 1cm of fresh snow overnight. Temperatures will be a bit above zero by noon, but it should be mostly sunny with no precipitation past 9am.

Mitch is grooming this morning and has gotten a good chunk of our trails done already. Cottonwood, Railgrade and Nightloop are done. All of Busk/Euphrates is complete, minus the Connector and Camp Busk, and the three short Euphrates loops, which we are leaving for today. Mitch is working his way up Clearwater at this moment. With this Pineapple express we are experiencing right now, grooming is very challenging, Mitch is doing a great job, and the trails yesterday were great!
