The time is 6:38am, and the temperature is +1c. The temperature should top off at around +3c in the late afternoon. There may be periods of drizzle early in the morning, which should end by 9am, where it will be cloudy until noon. At noon the skies may clear or at least be a mix of sun or cloud.

Clearwater minus loops is just completed. Busk/Euphrates is going to get a quick refresh and then finally night loop.
