Good Morning Skiers,
Conditions at our club, as of 7:00am are -2.8c and mostly clear skies, temperatures should rise to slightly above zero by midday with sunny skies the order of the day. If the trails are like they were yesterday they should be super fast.
Graham is working on our trails this morning and has completed Clearwater and Busk/Euphrates, plus all their loops. He is working on the Apex side at the moment. He has just finished Night Creek and will go on to do the Rail grade, Night Loop and Cottonwood. Everything should be done and in excellent condition by 8:30am. Thanks Graham!
Phrases in the English language come down through the generations and the origin is often forgotten. Here are two phrases that originate from the 18th century French Novelist and political commentator, François-Marie Arouet, better known by his pen name as Voltaire
“Each player must accept the cards life deals him or her: but once they are in hand, he or she alone must decide how to play the cards in order to win the game.”
“Common sense is not so common.”
