Trails and Grooming Update

Monday February 21, 2022

Good Morning skiers and happy family day,

Conditions at our club as of 6:30am are -5c with about 2cm of fresh snow in the last 12 hours, and light flurries at the moment. Temperatures are forecasted to remain stable through the day, but I suspect that if we get sun by midday temperatures will rise briefly to just below zero. Mix of sun and cloud should be the order of the day.

Graham is grooming this morning and it is well underway with Clearwater and Busk/Euphrates complete, including almost all loops but one (short east Euphrates loop) and connector. On the Apex side the Night Loop and Rail Grade is complete. Grooming is taking place right now on the Stadium, with Night Creek and Cottonwood to follow. At this pace it should be wrapped up by around 8am.
