Top of the Morning to you,
Conditions at our club, as of 7:15am is, -1c with no fresh snow overnight. By midday temperatures should rise to around 5c with a chance of precipitation 2pm, but the morning should be a mix of sun and cloud.
Mark is just putting the finishing touches on Cottonwood at the moment. He has finished the Clearwater Busk Network including all loops and and Connector. On Apex side he has refreshed the Rail Grade and Cottonwood, but we are leaving Stadium and Night Creek till tomorrow.
Today is St. Patrick’s day of course, and for those of you who don’t know who St. Patrick is, he was a Romano British person from the west of either England or Wales, who lived in the late 400’s. He was captures by Irish Pirates and taken as a slave back to Ireland. He escaped and returned to Britain, where as a man he became a priest. Britain at the time was Christian, but Ireland was still a Pegan land. Rather than remain safe in his home land, he returned to Ireland and supposedly converted the Irish to Christianity. He also supposedly eliminated snakes from the Island, although it is doubtful Ireland ever had snakes in the first place. Happy St. Paddy’s day!
