Our primary grooming machine is still in need of repair. Mechanic was able to partially diagnose it last night and, as long as we can find parts locally, we hope that we might have it operational by Friday or the weekend.
Thankfully, grooming team member Jason Rusu was able to get our secondary machine unstuck overnight. Thank you, Jason!
In the meantime, we will begin grooming with our secondary machine and setting track sled/ginzu. With the freezing overnight, it may be challenging to get a good product, but we are going to attempt it. We may need to wait a bit to see if things soften up at all throughout the day.
Further updates as the day progresses. At this time, the Night Loop has been groomed for skate skiing. Apex and Cottonwood Rail Grade were groomed yesterday. Apex had a track set yesterday with the Ginzu.
Busk Euphrates and Clearwater have not been groomed since Tuesday morning.
Thanks are also due to Kjell Bronson, Dale Anderson, Jay McKimm and Mike Knapik who removed the tree from the power line yesterday! We have such a strong club, with very dedicated staff and volunteers! Thank you all!
