Good morning, skiers and racers! It’s -6C and we have received approximately 13cm of fresh snow since yesterday afternoon. It’s currently snowing heavily and expected to do so for much of the day, with temperatures forecasted to rise to about -3C this afternoon.

The Apex & Cottonwood trails have received fresh grooming and tracksetting already, while we are currently grooming up Clearwater for today’s race, with Busk to follow.

The Teck Kootenay Cup Classic races are taking place on the Busk/Clearwater side today. Busk, Euphrates & Clearwater will all be closed until the races wrap up early this afternoon. Please park & ski at Apex this morning unless you are participating in the races as an athlete or volunteer. (There is no Bunnies or Rabbits program today, apart from the races.)
