Grooming is complete on Busk/Euphrates (excluding East Busk and Camp Busk), Clearwater and the loops (excluding Moose loop) are completed. For our last week of the season we will focus on grooming the Clearwater and Busk/Euphrates systems only, with part of night loop remaining open.

The time is 7:15 am and the temperature is -1c, we had some precipitation overnight and a light dusting at the top of Clearwater. Today will be a mix of sun and cloud with highs around +7.
Grooming is complete on Cottonwood/Rail grade, Apex loop, and clearwater including the loops. Busk – Euphrates is underway and night loop will complete the circuit.

Please not that there are periodic detonation of explosives in the hills above Apex, as the land owner is doing some work. Sometimes you may hear a warning siren, but most time we have not, and the detonation can be startling.
We are thrilled to congratulate Aleah Smith and Maya Abraham from the Nelson Nordic Ski Club on their selection to the 2025 B-Tour Program in Sweden!
These talented athletes will be among the 12 athletes representing the program from March 25 – April 6, 2025. We couldn’t be more proud to have Aleah and Maya representing our club on the international stage!

The time is 7:00 am and the temperature is right on zero, there has been some precipitation with some wet snow on the lower trails. The trails are in good condition with temperatures expecting to stay aroundf the same through the day.
Grooming is complete on the Apex side. Busk Euphrates is ready for your loppet and Clearwarter is underway.
Use extra caution in the parking lots with these warmer temperatures ice may form under melting areas.
