Always wanted to try cross-country skiing but didn’t know where to start?Get the full cross-country experience in one day.
Not sure whether classic or skate skiing is for you? Try both techniques with coaches to guide you. Join us from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm on January 24th at the Apex Ski Hut.
We will kick off with a Group Lesson, followed by a tech talk about cross-country ski gear and programs, have a lunch break and continue with the second lesson in the afternoon. REGISTERnow to unlock a new sport.

Visit any of our warming cabins at Apex, Euphrates (Busk) and Clearwater and sample a delicious cup of soup at each. Soup is offered BY DONATION, with proceeds going to Kidsportand to support our youth programs and Ski Team.
Please bring your own cup or mug for soup! (Suggested min. donation: $5 per cup.)

Join us for a beautiful ski by moonlight (and Tiki torches!) to the Euphrates Cabin. We’ll have an outdoor bonfire, hot apple cider and plenty of good vibes! The cabin will be open.
Please be sure to bring your own mug for cider, as well as a headlamp. The route will be partially illuminated with Tiki torches back from the cabin along the Rail Trail.

The “CC” Workshop is the third step in the NCCP coach education program. It provides essential training for coaches delivering an effective skill development program to children six to nine years of age (the “FUNdamentals” stage of athlete development. This program is designed to train coaches to teach children technical skills, select games that reinforce the technical skills being taught, design and lead on-snow sessions, select and prepare equipment for young children and make learning FUN. Successful completion of the ICC online module, enthusiasm and a minimum age of 14 years are the only prerequisites.
16 hrs / workshop. The workshop fee for NC/CCBC members is $120.00. The workshop fee for non-NC/CCBC members is $500.00
