Annual Club Fundraiser is open now!

🚨 Help Us Conquer Cardiac Hill! 🚨

East Busk Trail Upgrades & Cardiac Hill Reroute Fundraiser

If you’ve ever powered your way up Cardiac Hill, you know the name is well-earned. 😅

To improve performance, safety, and keep our trails open and skiable during low-snow conditions, we’re undertaking much-needed upgrades to the East Busk Trail and a reroute of Cardiac Hill.

These improvements will make your ski smoother, faster, and more enjoyable – now and for years to come. But we can’t reach the top without your help.

👉 Donate today and help us build better trails for everyone. All donors automatically receive a charitable tax receipt.

🎉 Psst… Here’s the BIG news 🎉

Five anonymous champions of Nordic skiing in BC have stepped up with $18,000 in matching funds to kickstart this year’s Annual Club Fundraiser!

That means your donation goes significantly further, but only until the matching funds are gone.

💥 Here’s how the matching works:

  • Raise       $200 → Club receives $100 match
  • Raise       $800 → $300 match
  • Raise       $2,000 → $600 match
  • Raise       $4,000 → $1,000 match

📊 Do the math:

When a club raises its first $4,000, it receives $2,000 in matching funds; a 50% boost to every dollar donated.

⏳ Why act now?

  • Matching funds are limited
  • Trail work depends on early-season support
  • Your donation has maximum impact right now

💙 Help us reach the top of Cardiac Hill; literally and figuratively.

Donate today and make every dollar counts

What a difference a year makes! Thanks to your support, we’ve made strides in enhancing our trails. This year, we successfully completed significant upgrades to a bridge & made improvements to several sections of our trails, ensuring a safer, smoother & more enjoyable experience for everyone.

But we’re not stopping there—there’s still more work to do!

In the coming year, we’re focused on addressing key challenges and improving the quality of our trails to meet our long-term vision. We’ve just received approval to fix a troublesome section of trail that has struggled with low snow conditions, & we’ll continue to raise the bar on trail quality with additional upgrades, including:

  • Enhancing drainage on low-lying sections
  • Smoothing out uneven trail sections for better skiing
  • Addressing problem areas affected by low snow conditions

Planning is ongoing for our long-term goal to expand our trail system, and we are working on securing approvals and funds for the next phase, with initial project estimates upwards of $270k.

With your help, we can keep improving and expanding our trail system! Donate now & you’ll receive a tax receipt for your contribution.
